At Discount Dollar Australia, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when shopping for affordable household products, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, party items, pet accessories, and everyday essentials online in Australia.
We provide a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible products purchased through our store.
If for any reason you are unable to use the product you purchased, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund of the purchase price, excluding delivery and shipping fees.
Please note:
- Refunds are not available for change of mind purchases after the 7-day period
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Products must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Returned items must not be used, damaged, or altered
- A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-faulty returned items
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

Once approved, our team will provide you with a Returns Authorization Number and return instructions.
Return Shipping Information
Customers can return products using:
- Their own courier or freight company
- A collection service organised by Discount Dollar Australia
If we arrange the return freight on your behalf, the applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.
Additional shipping fees may apply for:
- Re-delivery requests
- Address changes after dispatch
- Parcel redirection requests
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, broken, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
We believe many issues can be resolved quickly through our customer support team via phone or email.
If the issue is confirmed to be our fault:
- We will provide a replacement item or suitable resolution
- Return shipping and replacement shipping costs will be covered by us
- We will work quickly to resolve the issue
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 3โ7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
