We understand that sometimes emergencies do arise, which is why Discount Dollar is proud to offer a paid same-day urgent delivery service. This is a premium service offering currently only available for metropolitan customers in Sydney Metro. We're always on the lookout for ways to improve our services, and this includes the long-term expansion to even more metropolitan areas across Australia.
In the event of a partial delivery, you can continue to track your order through the My Account section on our website to find out the delivery status for the rest of your order. To find out the most up-to-date delivery information, you can contact your Item Carrier directly on the Number that will be sent to you when we will be sending the Tracking Details for your Order, and quote your consignment number from your order confirmation. Alternatively, give our friendly customer service team a call on (02) 9757 1909, and let us know you're still waiting on some items from your order and we'll be happy to follow up on your order on your behalf. If there is any item missing in ur order, please do let us know by Phone or Email with ur Order / Invoice number to assist you further.
We will charge you a Flat $10 Delivery on all the Orders, regardless of the Order value. For Larger Items like Storage Containers / or similarly larger items only extra charges may be payable. But don’t worry about it, we will inform you the exact cost and seek you approval to process the Order for the larger Volume items. Please do call us on 02 9757 1909, if u are in a Rush to get your order processed, if including the larger items in your order.

Our bank details are located at the bottom right hand corner of every invoice. If you don’t have your invoice at hand, you can also see our banking details under the "My Account" section. You will need to be logged in to use this feature Once in the My Account section, select the “Invoices” tab on the left hand side. The Banking Details will be located at the top of the page.
