- Can I collect the Item / My Order from the Warehouse Directly ?
All collect orders from our Sydney warehouse must be pre-booked at least 2 hours prior to collection. This is to ensure you order is ready, packed and no waiting necessary. Alternatively, any orders received before 1.00pm will be dispatched same day for delivery the following day to metro areas. All collect orders must be paid for at time of order via phone / Email (web@discountdollar.com.au)

- Does Discount Dollar offer same day Delivery ?
We understand that sometimes emergencies do arise, which is why Discount Dollar is proud to offer a paid same-day urgent delivery service. This is a premium service offering currently only available for metropolitan customers in Sydney Metro. We're always on the lookout for ways to improve our services, and this includes the long-term expansion to even more metropolitan areas across Australia.
- What Should I do if I receive only part of my Order ?
In the event of a partial delivery, you can continue to track your order through the My Account section on our website to find out the delivery status for the rest of your order.
To find out the most up-to-date delivery information, you can contact your Item Carrier directly on the Number that will be sent to you when we will be sending the Tracking Details for your Order, and quote your consignment number from your order confirmation. Alternatively, give our friendly customer service team a call on (02) 9757 1909, and let us know you're still waiting on some items from your order and we'll be happy to follow up on your order on your behalf. If there is any item missing in ur order, please do let us know by Phone or Email with ur Order / Invoice number to assist you further.
- Do I need to be present to accept the Delivery?
To make sure that you'll always receive your deliveries on time, please ensure that someone is available to receive your order. If you aren't available to accept your delivery, the driver will leave a calling card with their contact details to re-arrange delivery at a time more convenient for you.
If you're concerned that this could be an ongoing issue, please email web@discountdollar.com.au and we can arrange for an authority to leave goods arrangement at your premises in the event that no one is available to accept your delivery. Please take a Note that the Deliveries from Discount Dollar, you authorize us to Leave Goods in a safe spot, if no one is available to accept the Deliveries.
If you have any extra delivery information which you think will help Signet with your delivery, such as one way streets, delivery access points, or days or times when your business is closed, then please let us know in the Comments section in the ordering process, or notify our team at the time of order.

- How much do you charge for Freight ?
We will charge you a Flat $10 Delivery on all the Orders, regardless of the Order value. For Larger Items like Storage Containers / or similarly larger items only extra charges may be payable. But don’t worry about it, we will inform you the exact cost and seek you approval to process the Order for the larger Volume items.
